Known for delivering digital transformation solutions, Moravio partnered with National Neurodiversity Training to deliver a tailored and data-driven learning experience.

The Challenge

As an international, remote, and people-focused tech company, Moravio understood that fostering a truly inclusive workplace required more than good intentions. It faced challenges such as:

Neurodivergent professionals face persistent barriers in tech and engineering sectors. This has a direct negative impact on organisations.

• Tech companies estimated that just 3% of their staff are neurodivergent, but when surveyed directly, 53% of tech employees identified as neurodivergent (Tech Talent Charter, 2024). This highlights a lack of psycholigcal safety.
• 37% of neurodivergent employees fear disclosing their diagnosis due to stigma and stereotypes (CIPD, 2024)
• 51% of neurodivergent employees have left or would consider leaving their job due to lack of support from their employer (Alludo, 2023).

To address these concerns, Moravio sought to:

• Increase awareness of neurodiversity and neuro-inclusive practices


• Build internal confidence in supporting neurodivergent colleagues


• Understand how to identify and implement reasonable workplace adjustments



The Solution

National Neurodiversity Training designed, live, online training tailored specifically to Moravio’s goals. The training was developed following an initial consultation and a Neurodiversity Audit to engage senior stakeholders, tailor education, and drive maximum impact.

• Recognising and Implementing Accommodations

The training was delivered using practical examples, scenario-based learning, and opportunities for guided reflection. This ensured that participants could connect the learning directly to their work environment.
